New game mode idea - Tag Team

Basically I had an idea for a new game mode in league. I figured this was the place I could post about it.

Its called Tag Team

  1. Normal Ban's during champion select.
  2. Instead of one champion every summoner selects two champions
  3. Champions share items purchased/exp gain so the idea is to select champions that are somewhat compatible (ap/ad/tank/utility items)
  4. Instead of having Ultimate (R), the ability is replaced with new ult called "Switch" or "Tag Out!"; Something along those lines. Roughly 10 or 15 second cooldown regardless of CDR
  5. The champions have two different health pools, switching can help you avoid death from a gank or turn a dive around before that last tower hit but remember there are no ultimate abilities other then switch so dive carefully
  6. Time ganks with the enemy's Switch ability to have 10-15 seconds to kill before they are able to Switch.
  7. Very slowly regenerate health/mana of champion that is Resting (Switched out)
  8. Death is Death - when one of your champions die you cant switch again until death timer is over.
  9. Switch does not ignore snare/taunt/silence/ect.

Just something I kind of came up with, I think it would be cool to play, Im interested in seeing if anyone else thinks so.

I actually really enjoy the idea, the only concern I have is that certain champions have really big parts of there kits in their ultimate, like the transform characters, and replacing their transform with a swap would only allow them use of half of their kit, still, I would love to play this game mode, keep up the good work.

Good idea, but removing the champions ultimate for the switch would be terrible since alot of champions would be near unplayable without theirs and this would make the game super boring due to huge lack of variety.

Maybe have the switch out be a summoner spell everyone is forced to take? Similar to what the poro king mode did.

I love this idea, of course there would be more tweaks to the idea, but that's a given, this is a great draft for a new game mode, #RitoPlz

I like the idea of it, but removing the ult from a good portion of the champions removes why they get picked in the first place. Whats the point in running a summoner 12 comp with Shen, TF, Tahm Kench, Noct, or something like that if they can't use it? While a lot of champions would still be good, it would destroy some of my favorite champions, like Leona who uses her ult to get that massive lock down before diving the back line.

Instead of the ultimate, why not replace the trinket?
