As good and fun as it sounds on paper, it would be absolutely horrid for some people. You know how people now complain about being forced to play Lux or Yasuo every game in OFA? Imagine playing Ezreal, Nidalee, or Shaco EVERY game.

Unfortunately Riot has already said they can't innermix game modes. They'd take way too much of a toll on the server.

Actually, when I first played One for All, I thought it was some kind of URF. I wasted my abilities randomly only to realize later that I had no infinite mana :[
