If you made it restricted to customs and prevented anyone from getting IP in those games, I don't see why it couldn't be the case.

They won't have it permanently and there's good reason for it.

Featured modes lose popularity the longer they stay for. Urf wouldn't be as hilariously fun if it was year round.

It would also draw a lot of the player base from the actual game. Many would stop playing the game how it was supposed to be and just play nonsensical urf and therefore kind of forget how to play.

Also commenting on a post won't get riot to listen to you lol.

URF is fun for the short time we have it, but I wouldn't make it a permanent mode. Once you make a mode permanent and the novelty wears off after a few weeks a lot of people wind up defaulting to tryhard mode, losing sight of the fact the game mode is there for shits and giggles and not serious competitive play. A lot of people are complaining already about this ruining One For All. Wouldn't take long for it to happen in URF too.
