Any 3150-4800 Champs that are good in YOUR Opinion..

So recently I have saved up for Heimerdinger Heimerdinger and he's pretty good. I have always played league everyday, 12 hours a day and I just reached a certain amount that is close to 3150. I can save up to 4800 also :D..... So now I have to figure out which champ is good, I want to hear any champs from you guys! :D Any champ in Your Opinion. I would really appreciate it if you at least put a list of champs that are good. It can be any single type except a low damage. High Damge, AP, ADC, etc. :D Thanks

Any champion in that price range EXCEPT Urgot

There are waaaay too many good champs in that price range to list them all. Mind adding a little more info about what you want? You want high dmg, sustain, aoe, cc...etc.
