My idea for more fun in custom games

I have had an idea for a long time about making the custom games more fun, for a couple of weeks ago the gamemode URF was playable. This was basically a regular game just that u had a buff that would give you some cooldown reduction and a few more stuff. This was a very fun time for the whole lol community. It was so fun to just hop on a game of URF and just play with the amazing buff. The next thing i am going to talk about is a shooter game. There is on shooter game that is very popular in the gaming community, and one thing that i like about this game is that they allow great customization in private games. Such as bringing everybody low on HP so that you can 1 hit them with a pistol. This made the private games alot of fun to play. Then i got the idea: What if, when you play "Custom Game" that it would be possible to create you own buff. This would be so fun. For example, you and your friends play together. You decide that you want to add a custom buff that adds 100% cooldown reduction and see how many turrets shots you can get after you just by flashing. This would be insanely fun. Another example could be that you change your gold per 10 to be 1000, that way you will get 6000 gold in just a minute. You can also use this feature to test things out. Lets say that you want to try jax with 6 warmogs, in a regular game it would take alot of time to achieve that, even in a game with bots it will take some time, but if we got the custom buff feature you could make a buff that would give you alot of xp (maybe give you so much that you will reach lvl 18 in 10 seconds) and also alot of gold as i said earlier. Now you kinda get the idea right? Basically you make your own custom buffs. I think it also would be best (if not obvious) to make the buff before you start a game.

Other things that i think would be smart to make with this feature. You can chose either to get the buff when the game starts or at a certain point in the game (talking about a certain point in time). You can also choose to get the buff by killing a creep. (For example making the dragon buff OP with 1000 AP and 500 AD) You can save you previously made buffs and have them accesable next time you make a custom game. When you go on another person's profile you can also take a look at all the custom buffs he has saved into his "buffbook".

This is for example what the buff could contain: Cooldownreduction Movementspeed Gold Extra mana and energy regen Attack speed Attack damage Ability power Spellvamp Magic penetration Magic resist Armour Tenacity (Crowd control reduction) Crit chance Lifesteal Armour penetration Extra health Health regen per 5
