Im not a huge fan of Dota but they do have some amazing features that i think league could use/improve on to make League better... Like harder bots , Dota has a bot setting called unfair witch make the Bots play closes to pro lvl . On another note dotas map is much larger when your in the jungle or what ever dota players call it, there are so many path ways and it really feels like your in the Forrest/Jungle. But on league its just to small and just doesn't feel like a Forrest/Jungle . but be for you freak out on me go and look at it its beautiful and its not even about the graphics. Its just better im sorry , dont get me wrong i love The Rift but they should all ways be looking to improve like any good gaming company. i really think they should expand the map for more room to battle, so its not like im doing the same thing over and over. and if they wonted to make a map they could add it as a new map so people can try it out . and we can have votes to see if it stays or try again . and if they end up making it better and it sticks we should have a vote to put it in the lcs.. Riot plz

There is a good reason why it isnt bigger....LCS. There is a difficult balance that has to be maintained between the rpg feeling of being immersed inside a far off land and entertainment. The lcs is a HUGE part of the community. People dont even play ranked but they watch the lcs anyway. To create those exiting moments the combatants must be in close proximity to each other, but not so close that there isnt room for out maneuvering your opponents to create those big plays. Honestly they have balanced that quite well, but i wouldnt mind a new map or 2 new maps.

It would be nice for best of 5 series to have 3 different maps that could add layers of strategy and complexity, but maintain rift like game play. Much like call of duty, has a map rotation for their competitive. I already know the reason and its because they cant handle maintaining it...which is why there is no twisted treeline solo Q...or updates of any kind for the other maps. but still it would be nice.

You're both arguing such extremes. I agree there is a large amount of stress in pro-gaming, esp on the grand stage. You are playing a reaction game that you've committed hours upon hours of dedication, performing in front of millions upon millions of spectators, and for an amount of money that many ppl don't see in a year. Of course this doesn't compare to the life n death situations that a doctor or marine (in war time) deals with. It is far more stressful than any humdrum day in the life of an engineer/professional. I'm an engineer, i don't deal with this kinda of pressure, while there's standard work stress...i'm not performing in front of millions. if something doesn't work, i keep at it till it does. Its not like i have 1 hr to fix it to get paid or not.

With all that said, the argument of adding a new map or map change to LoL equates to too much stress for a professional gamer is ridiculous. There are barely any strategic changes from year to year for an already light strategic game. You are payed to be the best at a game, as long as the spirit of the game doesn't change you should be able to easily adapt given an entire season to do so. If riot could design a new meaningful and balanced 5v5 map they should. lets be real, LCS is pretty boring as it stands.
