Mission-exclusive skins

I was just thinking: We've already got loot-exclusive skins, as well as achievement-exclusive skins (Grey Warwick, Victorious skin line, etc.), but now that the 'mission' mechanic has been introduced, will there ever be mission-exclusive skins? Another question (something I've wanted to see implemented for a looooooong time), will we ever get mastery-exclusive skins? for example, maybe mastery points on individual champions, plus the level 7 mastery stuff, could unlock a variety of missions for that champion, which, when completed, could unlock an exclusive skin, like a 'Triumphant' skin, or 'Master' or something. Just wondering

I doubt we will ever get a mastery-exclusive skin. Think about it: Riot has a limited amount of people who design skin. If it should be Mastery-exclusive, Every. Single. Champion. Would. Need. One. Skin. This would be (+)139 skins. Also, if it is tied to the mastery-system, Riot won't get any money from it. Nop, this is too much work and Riot won't get a penny from it. Mission-exclusive skin could happen, but I wouldn't bet on it, since it also sound like a free skin, which Riot would probably love to avoid.
