Xin Zhao needs a horse
You see Xin Zhao's skins with horses sometimes, I think xin zhao deserves a horse. Give him a horse for his legendary! What say you?!

and here's why
if i were to make jarvan i would first change his weird interactions with the game that make him look like he's stretch armstrong.
then i would combine his R and his E and give him an animation where he slams the flag down and it causes the ground to erupt around him in a slighly larger than current area.
lances are literally never used without a mount because they're not great for throwing and they're too large for repetitive thrusting and so the fact that jarvan doesnt have a mount makes me a bit sad - perhaps it's supposed to be a pike or a javelin?
jarvan needs a horse.
he'd ride atop a mighty stead into battle as a tank/fighter.
he'd wield a mighty lance and a shield which he'd use the shield (regular) and the horses body (criticals) for basic attacking and on his back he'd have a huge banner for demacia.
his passive would be that his banner grants an aura called morale.
he'd use one ability to thrust his lance.
another ability would allow his horse to leap to a location like sejauni's boar but more graceful and with a different effect.
he'd have an ability that raises his shield and gets a movement speed boost.
his R would throw down his giant banner at his horses side and cause the earth to shatter in a ring around him granting buffs and debuffs all around the arena. "he'd shout THIS LAND IS NOW OWNED BY DEMACIA! or something...
besides that demacia needs a mounted unit. noxus, shadow isle, freljord, etc. have mounted units.
Well he is on the list for a VGU,so he might get a horse when that comes around. Though the question would be how it'd be included in his kit,because I really doubt that it'd be permanent,it would most likely be an out-of-combat speed boost.
If he ever gets a redesign, he could make for an interesting perma-speed boost/toggle mounted hero perhaps. Donno though.
