Miss Fortune splashes. Will the models be updated to match and new VO?

I'm wondering if the in-game models would be updated to match her new splashes more. Like a texture update or something. Cause I noticed some of the splashes have extra things that the in-game models don't have. I'm also wondering if they would update her VO with the splashes. Since it seems like it would be fitting to update both at the same time.
