Aesthetic Changes to Certain Skins

I've been browsing a through a lot of champions and a lot of them had skins that really felt like over-glorified chroma packs. Hell, some of the chroma packs are better than some skins champions have cough Kennen cough. While there are many 520 skins that look like a recolour due to how early they were made into the game, I think it would be a cool idea to update some skins a bit. While changing the particles of certain moves for just a 520 skin seems to be a bit much (the only 520 skins I can think of off the top of my head are Butcher Urgot and Slugger Trundle), it would be pretty neat to see some skins get a little love and get a few of their particles recoloured. A few examples are changing Charred Maokai's particles to a reddish tint, Sand Scourge Skarner getting an orange tint on his particles, and Enchanted Galio getting a bluish tint on some of his particles. I know Riot's art team is always busy making new skins (in fact I'm probably going to be emptying out my wallet this week for the new Star Guardian skins), but it'd be great if they could show some love to the older skins of League.
