Why is there not a Demacian exile champ?

This is a thought I have had for the longest time, all the way back in season two even I had ideas: why is there no exile/morally opposite champ from Demacia? Nearly every faction has one with the only one I cant think of being Bildgewater. There are a few different directions it could take from a traitorous soldier who defected for greed and personal gain, an overaggressive commander who was abusive to his men that was cast out in shame, or a mage who thought Demacia was holding them back but wasnt as kind and attemptivly helpful as Lux, maybe someone saw the government as truly oppressive and is staging an underground rebellion/coup. It would be interesting to see the point of view of someone who isnt all just headstrong Demacia and see them have personal thoughts upheald negitivly about the Lightshield family and their rule.
