Does the project skin border expire?
If i have the project skin border unlocked with 80 token but i dont have the skin (saving it when i have money) does it expire or you keep it permanently? Thank You!

When you load into game when you eventually buy the skins it will check to see if you have the icon if you do you get a border, if not you don't. So it will not expire.
I asked a rioter, they said it doesn't matter if you buy the skin 5 days after the event or 5 years, if you unlock the border you will have it
