Make skins unique

Hey Riot wen and was reworked their skins was unique from her basic skins and the new champs has their skins unique from their basic forms as well, but old champions like , , , and some others are not different from their basic forms and wen you play with champs like them players can't see the difference from the skin to the classic skin except for their looks, like wen you play pirate you don't see the pirate Mage but some players only see a Mage in a pirate costume and wen you play head hunter you don't see the predator that he already is, and some champs still have old splash art like all I'm saying is make skins unique from their basic forms because it is unfair that new champs and reworked champs get all the good looks. Just change a their splash art a little and some of their animations and I hope you in riot will give love to old champs.
