They are not a reliable source and this doesnt confirm anything, lore is dead, just make your own head canon and believe whatever you want to.

I was just about to go capture the clip myself, but yep! We finally have a paid Riot employee confirming in front of thousands that Vi is Jinx's sister!

And for context: This is a plot point that the Creative team has been avoiding since Jinx's reveal, despite it being stupidly obvious and confirmed by non-employees involved in development (Vi's VA Cia Court, Nicki Taylor, etc.). I won't pretend that eSports shoutcasters are lore experts, but as paid employees of Riot, they certainly know better. So either Jatt and Kobe screwed up and are misremembering something... or the Creative team just learned why they don't go telling everyone in-house their secrets. C:

jinx mentions a sister jinx constantly making fun of vi as a sister would a sibling (i have 7 sisters trust me) both are from the same city.

i'm pretty sure it's safe to assume jinx and vi are sisters.
