Wait, is Shurima's Story Over? If Not, When Is It Updating, It's Been Years!

İ have gotten into shurima's lore recently, but even through all the research i've done, there seems to be no continue to the and fight. That isn't the end of the lore, right? I mean it feels pretty unfinished, like how you read a novel but then the novel ends at the most exciting part? Yeah like that. We Haven't even seen if and are going to make up or fight to death, we haven't seen and do something, heck, we havent even seen and making up for the misunderstanding, nor did we see and meeting. This just seems like a big cliffhanger, but it's been years and we still have no other parts to Shurima's lore? And why? Also am i the only one actually interested in the lore over here?

The lore isn't supposed to end anytime soon. All regions have storyplots going on which aren't finished.

Stay with the game and enjoy the development over the years. Simple as that.

Some regions still haven’t gotten anything. And Shurima skipped the line a couple times. They can wait

Uhm no it's not been years. Taliyahs release wasn't even 2 years ago and she came with the last story update for shurima.

That being said,there are a lot of factions,groups and champs who still didn't get a story update after the retcon,so I'd be ok with them not focusing on shurima for now.

Let's remember that there's a lot more to the lore than just Shurima. There are many factions, champs & plotlines that need lore love. Some already got some while others have zero. Riot can't focus on X region for too long. They have to put X region on hold while they move around to other regions. BUT that doesn't mean they done with X region. They will eventually get back to X region.

Unfortunately, we have no idea when that will be. It could be a couple of months, a year or several years. Riot is not at the point where they can consistently punch out content for one champ or region on a regular basis. They often have their people busy with things like new champs or major faction updates & maybe some other projects (like that Star Guardian story for example). They can't spare any of resources to go back to a previous region unless it's part of a major release or event.

Sure they can hire people to write a short story, make a comic or produce a video about a X thing every once in a while. But those people will eventually move on to another aspect of the lore & Riot will just put X thing on hold for a bit.

I know this sucks. It sucks not knowing when a character or place in the lore will get some love again or at all. It sucks because it feels like your favorite thing is being ignored for god knows how long. Just got to have patience, Riot will eventually get back to that favorite character or place.

Anyway, Shurima's story isn't over. It's just on hold while Riot works on other regions. Riot will eventually get back to Shurima.
