So in the Taunt between AAtrox and Morgana it sounds like Morgana betrayed the darkins somehow. Also it was Zoe that taunt the mortals to trap the darkins.
Myisha seems like a pretty important figure that orchestrated the fall of the Darkins. Her name sounds like Morgana and her actions are like that Zoe would do.
Anyone think she could be one of these champions? 
I'm pretty sure Myisha is just the last host of the Aspect of Twilight.
Her frame was slight, fragile even, yet Ta’anari sensed she possessed depths not even he had fully grasped. Gold-blonde hair, like the men found in the cold north, spilled around her shoulders. Her features were youthful, but her eyes, one rich blue, the other twilight’s purple, held wisdom beyond her years. A vivid pink scarf coiled around her neck, and she twisted its tasseled ends through her fingertips.
That's definitely Zoe.

Even if i know that It's a previous incarnation of the Aspect of Twilight, at first i thought that it was LeBlanc in disguise, no joke.

I think Riot just showed us that Zoe is far more than what she seems to be. She is a Extremly powerfull being that can face with no fear being such as aurelion sol ( i think i remember there is interactions between them either in game or in the lore, and it's the faction Zoe serve that enslaved aurelion sol ), she may have power to alter her physical form hence the blonde hair rather than the orange/purple one) . Imo, riot showed us that Zoe is far more twisted than we see at first , u can even think at her quote in game "twilight and dawn are the same thing , so i can be 2 or none ( something about being more than her present self i can't quite rememember the quote in english)" , thing that could point at a duplicate persona. And at last Zoe is an embodiment of the aspect of twilight such as pantheon or leona , but she seems to have been taught by targonian ( in it's story ,the godly beings not the moutain folks) . Myisha is Zoe or perhaps an other part of her , such as ther is multiple panthéon and leona (if i remmeber targonian lore corectly, it's sayd that when one champion of the aspect , aka the bodie that carry the power "I.E pantheon of runeterra the baker" , all the other cries in agonie . So it's either our zoe but with a fa more deep interest that whe knew or another host of the aspect of the twilight OR Zoe twin aspect that is dawn and twilight . This is but a theorie made by my twisted mind but it seem fitted to the direction riot took recently If u have doubt about Myisha = zoe after that look her artwork on google it's the only champion with different eyes color AND a key to her belt.
myisha is the ancestor of kayle and morgana. she was the aspect of twilight a millennia ago when the darkin were trapped. that's my theory.
kayle has blond hair and blue eyes.
morgana has purple eyes.

'Dusk and dawn are the same, so there's actually 2 of me...orrrrrrrrrrr i could be totally lying". in the story Myisha is wearing a different coloured scarf to Zoe and carrying a different coloured key. i assume she is a slightly more sadistic/maniacal doppelganger of Zoe's that follows a specific plan as opposed to the care free spirit of Zoe.
