Elementalist Lux questions

Is anyone else bothered that you can't use every form in one game for this skin?

I love playing Lux, and have every other skin for her. What I don't understand is why you can't use the skin to it's fullest in one game. I understand a cycle function like with DJ Sona would be painfully tedious, but surely the proposed pop-out selection ring could be renovated to include all forms.

Pulsefire Ezreal (despite having aged poorly) changes on reaching ultimate upgrade levels. Using DJ Sona, you can cycle between forms at will. Spirit Guard Udyr changes his appearance by stance. Players are given the opportunity to use everything the skin has to offer in one game.

Elementalist Lux will be a unique skin; the only one that does not make all of it's content available in one match.

Can someone explain to me the rationale of making such an expensive skin and not allowing players the OPPORTUNITY to use all of it in one match?

The way I see it is that they weren't aiming for 10 lux in one game.

They want this to be ULTIMATE because you could play multiple games with this skin and feel "I'm never just the same thing, each game my lux is unique/special"

The concept also seems like a little challenge too. If you do poorly, then you wont gain the elemental power needed to evolve your element. If you do well then your enemies will fear the ALL POWERFUL GOD TIER ELEMENTAL BEING ...... Ivern.... Jk. You get where I was going though right?

I'd rather have it where I combo elements any way, less likely the enemy team lux will pick the same thing as me.

I think that's actually a good thing for the clarity sake. It'll also take longer for the skin to get boring.

Potentially, the skin could allow a "tier" of skins to be available at certain levels. It just seems crazy to me that, from what I have seen, you can use 3 out of 10 forms total per game.

And here you are wrong as Spirit guard udyrs forms evolve when he maxes their respective skills, but he can only max 3 of them every game, meaning that at least 1 form will remain unevolved.
