Since the skin is 1350 RP worth and Mafia Jinx had a different dance animation and also new quotes, will Firecracker Jinx also have new dance/joke animation/quotes, etc.? Just curious since I may be getting RP by the end of the month.

I sure hope so. I was planning to buy it also, and it would be a severe disappointment if it didn't.
She does not have a new dance, she has the one from her original skin, as far as I have noticed, she does not have a new joke either. The reason it is a 1350 price is because of everything they have to do with her. She has so many different models and everything, of course it will be more expensive. I can go ahead and bet that any skin she gets will be a 1350 skin unless it is just a full blown recolor.
