I'm talking about Project Ekko and Katarina. I haven't seen any back in fountain/spawn animation. Like after they recall, they just pop up in the fountain. That would be ok, If all the other project skins wouldn't have it either. But they all have really nice animations. Why the new 1350 skins don't have something that all the old same tier do ?
DarkRitual7 votesIt's important to also note the skins may get those before the end of the PBE cycle.
Mirkhail4 votesI don't it's really an issue since most of the time you won't see this animation, i think that also project yasuo don't have a spawn animation. They didn't have then probably because last year project was a bigger events and they probably had more found/time.
Vamprah3 votesI think you see this animation pretty often. You see it when the game starts, you see it everytime you respawn, you see it everytime you recall. And when there will be 2 project skins in the same team, it will be obvious that one has special animations and the other doesn't. You just feel bad that the newer skin you bought is worse than an older skin from same skin line (and same price)
Edit: Imagine playing a game with all project skins with your friends, or even strangers. When the game starts, they all have sweet animations while you just pop up and remain a static picture in the fountain. The skin line would be inconsistent.
Mirkhail1 votesMost of the time you don't wait for the animation, you start moving or shopping. Also they recently added one for project ekko on the pbe so they will probably add one for katarina too.
Great Fox2 votesAll three of the Project skins are lacking when it comes to animations. Just another sign of Riot getting lazier and trying to make more money before their game goes down.
ShadowParker2 votesI love the 3 project skins.. they even added more to kata's
RisenDarkKnight3 votesHave you seen project Ashe? It's go more animations than Pulsefire Ezreal...
