Could Mecha Garen get a neck too?

The gaping void where a neck should be in Garen's skin stands out so much, even more so with the contrast in the Prestige edition. The right thing was done for Prestige giraffe Lee Sin, and is much better for it. All the other Mecha skins or other robot skins have necks and look great for it, yet Garen's is the only weirdly inconsistent one. Mecha Garen deserves a neck! Plus, you can't make merch out of something without a neck.
