Arclight Evenlynn would be dope. Nice suggestions, I like the idea of a jungler as the next gemstone skin.

Wait a year, urgot is on the "needs an update so bad we can't make skins" train. He is scheduled for sometime 2017 if I remember correctly.

They don't have plans yet per se, but he is ridiculously high up on the list (I would guess around the top 3 at least), but that would still put him in a spot where he will not get any skins till he gets updated (like Yorick was)

He's one of the candidates for next year actually. Urgot / Eve have the highest slots on the list right now, so once Warwick and Galio are done those two are most likely to take the spots (which first though, we don't know yet)

That's what I meant. They don't have him slated for an official date to get worked on yet, but he is high up and is almost guaranteed to be worked on next year (as long as nothing ends up shelving him like with Yorick), I just didn't know where on the list he fell. This year they were able to (arguably) rework 5+ champs, so even if he was 3rd, he would still make it next year with room to spare for 2-3 more, maybe more than that if things go well.

Urgot actually was 3rd behind Galio and Evelynn. Additionally, Yorick had a much more complicated fantasy and kit than Urgot does. I highly doubt Urgot would be iceboxed.

True, Yorick's was more complex due to the minion mechanic and they said the work they did just didn't feel right, hens why he was shelved. but they did mentioned it is always a possibility that the same thing can happen to any champ that they are working on. But in Urgot 's case, I'm sure they would just postpone him for one Rework and give him to the second rework team since he is likely the champ who needs it the most right now, instead of Iceboxing him and not touching him for 2 years.
