Good day to all , There are a few champions skins that don't really add up to the theme . one that i would like to see changed is Scuba Gragas Cask into a Scuba tank that explodes with air when i ULT and Arctic . i haven't looked up Arctic ops but if that Tank would exploded with liquid Nitrogen would look amazing and make some sense to the theme , if there any other skins that also need Tweaks feel free to Comment them below , thanks all and would like to hear more . Why would someone that is on a mission in the arctic have a tank of liquid nitrogen? How does that make sense thematicly.

There are a lot of older skins with excellent premise that would be worth re-doing.

Dreadknight and Rugged Garen are both underdeveloped skins with excellent concept.
