Are Splasharts Still Being Updated?

Soo, the art team updated some splasharts. I'm wondering if they're going to do more?? There are still some champions that could use a splashart update.

In my opinion, the following champions could use a splashart update. I really don't like her new splashart. It's mostly the hair, and the pose, her leg seems dislocated.

Most of these aren't in need of urgent updating. Some of them are slated for VU, however before Tristana's VU she had a new splashart as a placeholder, which by the way, I really liked. Still, it would be nice to update them to the current standards of League's art. I mean, whoever did Akali's splashart, they did a splendid job, Ahri's splashart too.

By the way, another question, will Skin Splasharts ever get updated? Especially for champions that have had VU's.. Ashe's skins all look fairly new, but looking at Twitch and Trundle, and their skins after their VU, it seems strange.

Also, since I don't think this is really going to get read and answered by the Art department anytime soon, what do you guys think about new splasharts?
