Empty part of Runaterra
There's a big part of the map at the east of Shurima that has nothing in it, is this part a place for a new faction or what? why is it so empty?

It's not the only one. Between Demacia and Noxus, there quite a big chunk of land in central Valoran that also doesn't belong to any region. And seems too green to be unhabited. I guess this is either spaces for new regions (many say that that portion of jungle east of Shurima is Kumungu), or just empty space for minor kingdoms that help only as background in future stories.
