New champion Deadeye/Jhin?

and at starting at 8:16 he starts to investigate old champions with teasers, and he finds "promo" before the original link "na.leagueoflegends.com/en"
and so i tried to find out this teaser and look what i found

it does give errors, but both of them gives "AccessDenied" to code and message. Could this possibly be the future website for the new champion? Jhin/Deadeye is both confirmed as of Brofresco's deep investigation.
There is a requestid as well for "Access Denied"
Two different hosts, one may be the future website.
