Goodbye, Friend! (Zoe) Emote Availability?

This emote was on the PBE for the past two weeks - along with the Dressed to Kill (Penguin) and Maybe Next Time (FIzz) ones - but they were missing from the 8.5 patch notes. I do see them on S@20's post below the patch notes (see link). Does anybody know if or when these emotes will be made available for purchase?
