Traditional Sion Skin

I'd love to see a Traditional Sion skin. He's the only champ to receive a full rework and not get the traditional skin, I think its a shame! I understand how from a visual perspective he might not look that different. But I think thats the least amusing part of Tradition Sion skin would bring. The part that need to be focused on is all of Old Sion's action movie quotes! I'd love to see the skin just be a massive joke similar to what Old Sion was. Am I the only one thinking this would be hilarious?
