How do players get challenger skins? I was playing with someone who had a challenger Ahri skin and I really like Ahri, so I asked him how he got the skin. He said he bought it months ago. When will the challenger skins be available for purchase again?
Challenger: Beggining of the season
Championship: End of the season
Victorious: Reward for players that have reached gold+
You get them by getting Challenger.
They are called like that for a reason.
You can actually buy them in the store right now until November 6th, as all E-sports skins are currently available.
They go on sale at the start of the season. Also, if you play the champion a lot, you have a chance of them appearing in your discount shop.
Challenger skins are legacy skins that go for sale near the start and end of each season.
IIRC I got challenger nidalee back in january, and recently when all the teams skins went in shop (SSW, SKT, FNATIC, etc) they went on sale with them too.
There is also a chance of getting them in your occasional lunar revel shop if they play them lots, and hextech crafting.
I did a mystery gift to a friend a week ago and they got that skin.
It'll be available at the start of the next season :) Challenger Nidalee will be too.
