Jhin's innately magical, but he lacks physical strength. Sure he has practiced and is well versed in some form of martial arts involving blades, but his charisma was what allowed him to kill people before his incarceration. He was cowering in fear of Kusho, Shen and Zed (who were much younger at the time), and while he might've been putting on an act, I don't really think he's really inclined in such a way as to fake fear.

With Whisper he's got an IMMENSELY powerful weapon at his disposal, perhaps one of the most deadly hextech devices ever created. He hasn't used it a lot, but he's proficient enough with it and his parts to be deadly even to skill fighters.

So is he strong? In ways yes. Would he be able to kill folks like Yasuo and Olaf? Potentially, though Olaf I can see easily shrugging off most bullets, even Jhin's magically empowered ones, unless they're well placed. He's a man of precision, timing and perfection, and I could definetly imagine him thriving in a setting where he controls the pace and flow of combat, but would struggle hard if caught off guard. It's difficult to judge sometimes but in my personal opinion I lean more towards Jhin being on the weaker side of things, though he has lethal tools at his disposal.

I'd say champion wise, Jhin's more towards the bottom of the barrel He has good tools, but he'd crumple like celery against most champions.

Sadly we cant ask Riot to tell more about his strengths and abilities. Is he just crazy criminal psychopath or well-trained assassin that can play any role in the performance of "duty"? Anyway I have the feeling that he isnt that injured physically weak,wily assassin, but just good acts the pact of weakling. I guess he didnt even resist during the capture when Kusho exposed him. they chased him for long four years, no idea why wasnt he ready for it? what does Kusho's phrase mean : "Good and evil re not truths..."? Why didnt he just kill The Golden Demon? And how did this episode reflect on His death from his best apprentice -Zed? The stories about kindred and theory that kindred have a direct bearing on Jhin comes to mind too. And gosh those melody Kindred and Jhin whistle...[slayer-pantheon-rainbows]
