Not sure who are you referring to here (as in, who were you trying to address with this specific sentence), but the second, newer set of SKT T1 skins, for them being the 2015 champions, has been delayed due to a massive amount of feedback from the community and pleads for SKT T1 Azir (For Easyhoon)- which is currently in the makings. So the skins team took the skins back "to the drawing board".

They will still be released sometime this year, probably. :P
