AURELION SOL IS THE GREATEST CHAMPION YOU HAVE EVER DESIGNED. I AM FASCINATED EVERY TIME I SEE HIS TEASERS. IT IS THE GREATEST THING IN THE ENTIRE GAME. ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING.

Kindred is a disappointment (gameplay is just so detached from her thematic... shame really), but I do think Aurelion sol is a bigger one since he was our first "almighty dragon that's an actual dragon and not a half one sometimes" and then his gameplay is even less interesting than singed with the only redeeming point being "Boop." Not his passive itself, just the fact that he says Boop rarely when it hits.

His personality is just so unbelievable... He's a cosmic space dragon that MAKES stars... yet he has the personality of a snobby, punny, petty, space douche. He should be unbelievably wise and majestic. He is possibly millions of years old(i have no clue if it says anywhere), but he acts like a 40 something year old highscool art teacher, that's still waiting on his "big break", and thinks he's "cultured" and better than everyone else or some shit. sorry for the rant lol
I also really don't like riot going down the rout of cheap puns, and sol was the first real time that they stooped to that lvl(not including SUPER old champs). Smite used puns so much that it was pathetic. Riots VO's and their quality when it came to expressing a character is the reason i play league(and smite inability is why i don't play it anymore).

Yes, they could have done their duality better, but it isn't bad to a point it's terrible. Their teasers and that little reading thing were more then appealing. Along with that, their Login Theme is fits the character, so so well.
As for gameplay, Lamb's got a bow, Wolf mauls people. What else do you need? While it questionably isn't 'lore fitting' to who they are...What else can?
WinTheWarOnPants2 votesKindred has the best VO and overall chacter design in league IMO, and the teaser still gives me goosebumps. Riot "wrekz" has only made 2 champs, but they are both 10 out of 10 when i comes to character design. However, unlike 
who's kit almost perfectly meshes with his fantasy and character, Kindreds kit fails in every way IMO. Her kit is not only a balance nightmare (trying to force the ranged jg gimmick), but it fails spectacularly at both capturing the "embodiment of death" and well as a "two characters in one" dynamic.

2.0. The 'two characters' I think was done well with her Passive, along with the sync of her E. The rest? Yeah Lamb is majorily dominant, not wrong. Also, it's written into Lamb's lore that she used a bow, and to be honest? What weapons would fit otherwise? It's probably the most elegent weapon she could possess, that also works well with her height. Option #2 to match her elegance is a katana, and...Do you wanna see Lamb with a Katana?
The only problem here is the 2 character thing, and...they nailed it, only partially though. I cant say how they could get them any better myself, share auto attacks or something?

As far as two in one, I think people expect an Elise/Nidalee type of kit but with two champions, and will always be disappointed when that doesn't happen.
WinTheWarOnPants1 votesThey aren't really hunters though. Like in their story. They don't "kill" people in a literal sense, they kind of "collect" people when their time comes. They are omnipresent, "a force of nature".

Yet she has the lowest MS in the game? and as far as hunting people down they are one of the worst champs in the game at it. She is slow AF, with nothing but a slow for cc, and ult that goes against not only her character, but any semblance of her being a hunter. all the champs listed except mord "hunt" a hundred times better than kindred. I mean, if you are hunting people down, you are chasing them, but her entire kit revolves around staying in once place.

I don't think it gets more disapointing than saying that you are gonna make "a true duo champ", "2 characters in one" and then make essecially

PhoenixOfHeaven1 votesThe thing, is Rakan and Xayah, and Rakan and Xayah. Kindred isn't Wolf and Lamb, it's Kindred. They are insepperable. The idea of focusing the lead COULD work, but then we have severe balance problems. How difficult is balanceing people like And 
? Along with that, over half of those chamsp don't qualify for death themes, at all. Several of them are bursty Assassins, which fits kindred well.
The Passive to gain Percent Health on Champion Kills, The ability to deny death entirely,Generation of a 'death zone' ? Nah, their kit works. Even their E easily depicts a almost hunting-based atmosphere. A slow, painful death.
Edit - Kindred could use some fixed to TRUELY call them a duo, but they don't have to be far from who they are now.

Vuvo1 votesActually, I was talking mainly about the artwork of Sol. And his kit is actually pretty unique and I like that. You just need a team that knows how to play around it. Otherwise, Kindred, yes, it was a huge disappointment to see life-saving ult in a champion that is supposed to represent death.

His weaknesses and strenghts are obvious but he can work around those pretty well once you get a grip on him. Even in LCS you see him instantly banned the moment some1 picks him (and for good reasons since he usually is a dominating factor for the team).

I mean, I get the starts just destroying everything around him, massive star bursts, ect colossal star dragon destroys indiscriminately, I wish they could have hit the mark a bit more with better in game balance...

should be an actual battle mage and not a squishy mage with DPS that has to kite people so he doesn't die instantly (imo).
PhoenixOfHeaven1 votesThe goal is to build him AP bruiser, that's how I do it and I think it fits his character well. I'll admit burst would fit him, but I kinda like how he is now. Yes, it's crazy unique and at times more pain then gain, but I enjoy it. Plus. I think the 'expanding the stars' thing makes him come off as large as he should be.
