Nunu & Willump bot needs laugh and dance fixes

So it are pretty simple things that should be fixed, the Nunu Bot laugh used to be more spammable, while the Nunu & Willump version has a larger delay between the laughs when spamming it, easy to fix and would make his laugh better, like before again! Secondly his dance sound is not perfected as if you let it loop the loop is off rhythm, if you don't get what I mean just give the Nunu & Willump Bot dance a listen and notice how it's not well looped, seems simple to fix to me and would make his dance/sound of the dance much better.

That are the only things I have really noticed to be weird/not how it should be on the reworked Nunu and would love to see fixed next patch.

Edit: Ok maybe the laugh being less spammable was on purpose and kind of deserved, but the dance sound really needs the fix.
