I think it would be a good idea if they work more on Yasuo and Riven, not only for the fan services but because I honestly think that they both have really interesting and deep lore. An event or something should be enough with a trailer!

There circulates a theory that Riven killed that important person (forgot his name). SInce her ult is WIND Slash Which is a WIND ability

I think that the goal of the LoL lore is to do that with all of the characters in the game... not only a few of them. Of course that such thing will take time, but, whatever.
