Mecha KhaZix being a 1350 skin with outtdated particles (released late 2012)
I can't be the only one disappointed with KhaZix's leap particles
Deathblossom which costs 975 has better particles, and even has a recall animation
Riot's already stated that older skins will not get updates unless the champ is up for a visual update. However, I do believe they take skins into account when they consider what champs would benefit from visual updates the most.

To be fair it does get a new joke, which I think pushes the boundaries of what a non-legendary skin can do similar to a unique back animation. It was also the first 1350 skin to ever be released, so the team has come a long way since then.
Unfortunately, the skin will likely not get worked on unless Kha gets worked on as a whole.
