Would anyone else prefer something like this for their Omega Trist splash?

She looks so much more devious in this one

Personally I think her face is incredibly wonky in this picture.

I don't like the current splash very much but I wouldn't replace it for this one.

Yea, something is definitely off about the shape of Tristana's head

Tristana's never really been a 'devious' character though. She's the courageous, valiant, "I blow things up for a living and it's AMAZING" sorta gal.

Skins don't/shouldn't always conform to the actual champion. Case: Omega Squad Teemo. Makes sense for Trist to follow the same sort of "role".

Omega Squad Teemo plays to the broken aspect of Teemo as a character. It's him with a bunch of PTSD from watching his entire squad get slaughtered, then spending several years in the same war, most of it behind enemy lines with no support.

More to the point, Tristana's skin is purely cosmetic, and she retains the same attitude and behavior her base skin has. It's not a devious character.

Why would she need to look devious?

Despite sharing Omega Squad name - Teemo and the rest have different themes.

New Omega Squad skins are about war heroes - a pack of comrades that support each other and never give up in the face of danger. They don't succumb to depression, they are the light in the darkness. Look at the trailer and their login screen. You can clearly see they are heroes.

Teemo on the other hand is a broken, cold, murderous yordle. He doesn't care for anyone or anything anymore. He spent years killing, with a mushroom as his only company.
