Yorick First, there was Yorick. With his update came some AWESOME visuals for his Pentakill skin.

Olaf Next was Olaf. A few weeks ago when Riot updated a couple of champs visuals, they gave Olaf a really badass set of fiery effects to match his bass guitarist.

Kayle With Pentakill Kayle topping the charts (eh eh!), we have ANOTHER Pentakill legend joining the ranks.

Mordekaiser With Morde's rework on the horizon, I can't WAIT to see the badass rock-and-roll effects to come.

Karthus & Sona So who's left? Karthus? Sona? They both are in a great spot visually and have no need for a full VU for a LONG time... Riot, are we going to be getting updated visual effects for these 2 skins? I would LOVE to press R and rain down fiery hell on my enemies while one Lightbringer plays in the background?!?!?! "I AM THE LIGHTBRINGER!!!!" You have slain an enemy. :D I don't exactly know how Sona's would work... It'd be REALLY cool if each ability played a bit of a song each type but that might be too much.

Anyways, I really hope we see Pentakill rise to the occasion so that when we have K/DA & Pentakill band competition, Pentakill has the fire to rain down on those girls! ;P

Karthus already had a major visual update, so don't expect him to get another one.

Sona is most likely going to be the next one, unless Riot decides to add another member to the skin line.

I'm really looking forwards to when they update Pentakill Sona, and maybe give Karthus's abilities the orange look that Yorick, Kayle and Olaf have.. Also, if we could get a new album, or maybe have the game music change to a playlist of Smite&Ignite and Grasp of the Undying, that'd be awesome!

Pentakill Karthus was the first of the older skins to get a significant update. He was the one who spearheaded the new Pentakill revival and bring forth the current image of the band and universe. It was after his visual update that Pentakill got its new splash art...well before it became hexakill with Kayle.

He has unique voice lines added on top of his regular ones, as well as unique dance lines.
