"I keep hallucinating that you can talk"

This line really caught my attention for some reason. Obviously this is just Kled drinking a little too much mushroom juice, but does anyone else think this could be a teaser for a future skin where Skaarl talks? Or at least a potential concept for one?

Or maybe Skaarl could speak in earlier versions, and it's Riot's little inside joke.
