Is Rito planning on updating visuals for old summoner icons?

I've played league on and off since I think 2012, and I've managed to get some rare-ish summoner icons. I've noticed that during the loading screen, old summoner icons, such as the Vengeful Wraith icon (Reward for buying $100 of RP during a few weeks back in 2012), are really blurry and compared to the newer icons, don't really give an impression of it being a rare icon. I, personally, like to have an icon that almost nobody has, but it kind of brings down the satisfaction of having the icon when it's visual is barely recognizable. I just wanted to know if Rito was aware of the issue, and if they actually play on updating the old icon visuals (which wouldn't be that hard, I mean cmon).
