Jailbreak Graves' new textures feedback and request

In the most recent patch, Jailbreak Graves had a texture update. I originally purchased Jailbreak Graves because I absolutely loved the skin, it looked 10 times better than Mafia Graves to me, it was gritty, dark, with amazing looking contrast with the lighting off his shoulder, you could see gleam from his shoulder lamp onto his face, providing a cosmetically amazing look on his character compared to the dynamics of the shadows on his model. I loved it because I felt it accurately portrayed and reflected his character and was exceptionally aesthetically pleasing. However, what I paid for back then is not what it is now. The new textures just look too bright, flat, textureless, pale, and uninspired. His hair is now light blue, which looks very very weird, compared to the blacker hair that he should have. I seriously question the design decision to make Graves' hair a very light blue.

For reference: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-oa-BV5LptIQ/VBtrSOFW8-I/AAAAAAAAZBg/pQFk2ymgdP4/s1600/gravescom.jpg Left is old, right is new.

As you can see in this picture, the shadows and light contrast has been nerfed down very significantly, making the model look much less unique and much more plain and flat, and made Graves look like a bright and shiny character. Graves of all people, is not a bright and shiny character, and nor should he look it. He is a gritty cowboy. Furthermore, you can see that it looks like the detail on Graves' boots was completely removed and made to look flat. If you look closely, the texture is still there, but the bright lightning makes it look non-existent, a fact which generally holds true for the rest of Graves' model. Note that this picture does NOT show the old Graves' back, which is also very important as the flag on his back had more detail and had much better lighting effects. The back of the character used to look just as incredible as the front. The new textures look very blurry, and not very sharp at all.

I request that Riot either continues to make changes to Jailbreak Graves' model, and restores Jailbreak Graves' old shadows to the same effect, changes Graves' previous hair color back to what it used to be, restores Graves' gun, and keeps the model to what it should be while still maintaining an overall improvement to his look.

If Riot is not prepared to continue making changes to Jailbreak Graves' model, then I request that the texture update on that model be scrapped next patch and his old textures be returned.

If Riot is neither prepared to continue to work on the model, and nor prepared to scrap the texture update, then I request that a Rioter or someone else provide me with the old texture pack that I can download and install so that I may personally enjoy his old look again, even if everyone else won't see it and doesn't care about a skin that is constantly overshadowed by the more popular Mafia Graves. My feelings are fervent that my main adc, with his Jailbreak model that I use exclusively, retains its image one way or another.

I think there are things to still improve, yes, but the whole concept of taking away contrast is a global effort on all skins. Doing this should reduce noise from every skin and not detail but in this case I must agree, the team is doing an amazing job but sometimes they'll miss the mark a little bit.

For this one his hair surprised me, I mean I know this skin was supposed to happen in a future where Graves was jailed for a long time and then escaped, I liked that his hair was grayish, yeah, but suddenly you decided he became Santa while he was in jail ._.

His chest lost some detail as well, making clear straight shapes into curvy ones for no reason, he's a burly man, curvy lines don't fit much. Also, I think Riot should add an specular level to this skin just like they did with Nautilus in order for it to look more like steel rusted armor instead of plastic, specially on his gun... I don't know if it's possible to add such a feature without affecting his face, but yeah, changes should happen.

I agree that on the picture his hair looks really bad at first, but on second look I think it will fit into the new Summoner's Rift quite neatly. Give it time, I think it's supposed to be grey hair as well, and with the other color palettes comming to the new SR, I think it will "feel" like grey hair on the new SR. Sorry, I can't express it better ATM.
