The Story of Soraka
So with the release of Runeterra Map, Soraka is listed as a Targon champion, however once you are linked to her page she is listed as an Ionian champion. Is it safe to assume that her updated bio will put her with Targon?

She's a banished Celestial, and Ionia is where she ended up after that I guess.
As to why she was banished? No clue, maybe she opposed the will of the collective and objected the enslavement of 
? Anyways, it's not even sure she remembers exactly what she is, we don't know if banishing in a targonian sense also means wiping your brain so you could never again pose a danger to them...
I really hope she isn't a Targon champ, it doesnt really fit
