Poppy VO, and multiple languages

So normally, I wasn't anyone to think -much less care- about the VO for champions outside of my own language (eng), but ever since I heard the VO for Poppy in french, I was blown away. I find it to be not only better quality VO, but it suits her much better. As in, not only do I find the intonation and attitude transmitted to fit better, but** I find that Poppy just feels more like a french person in her art/design, and her theme.** She fits the language.

This got me thinking: what if we had a setting to set each champion to their national language(or earth counterpart)? Is it possible? does anyone else want this feature? can we do it already and am I just incredibly thick?
