Two quick questions:

How close are we to the delivery of the updated Miss Fortune splashes?
Will legacy skins be temporarily available (like Sej and Mao) when this update hits live?

they said that they have finnished waterloo but not the other ones because they are busy creating splash updates to urgot,eve and the next new champ. Maybe when they are not busy, they can continue the other ones
