I don't believe one can draw nagakabouros, as he/she/it (whatever you call it) is incorporeal and has no real form, though it chooses to manifest itself here as tentacles.

Illaoi "The Kraken. The Serpent. The Hydra. A god's appearance is limited only by those observing it."

I guess that nagakabouros doesn't have a real form,at least none that we can really understand. It probably looks different to each person.

Also Nagakabouros doesn't seem to be evil, nor good. It'd be neutral if anything, supporting those who believe in it and live the way it wants(in motion).

The Bilgewatian interpretation of Nagakabouros looks like this:

http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/c/ca/Bilgewater_Serpent.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20150829165026

But that's their interpretation. As Illaoi says "The Kraken. The Serpent. The Hydra. A god's appearance is limited only by those observing it." so it's more just a cultural depiction more than anything concrete. Nagakabouros isn't really a comprehensible entity after all.

Nagakabouros isn't evil though. The moral system of Illaoi's religion is bizarre and contradicts our traditional ideas of good and evil but that doesn't equal "evil"
