Moovable WALLPAPERS

LoL makes AMAIZING wallpapers and i would gladly put them on desktop but i dont because they are not worth it if they are stationary, but if they could moove like in login i would GLADLY put it, ESPECIALY the new dark star wallpaper.

i was looking on internet about that but i cant find any way to do it :(

is there a way to to put the moovable lol wallpapers as desktop background?

YES i know there is a "League_Screensaver" program but its not desktop but when the PC is on standby mod :(

by not worth stationary i ment i like wallpapers with mutch nature more than looking at a stationary face :(
