Are Sona and Bard related ?

Okay that's going to get wierd :

I was thinking about Bard's lore and how he makes me feel that there in both a resemblance : Both use an instrument as a weapon. Both can't properly speak. (How do they communicate to each other ? ) Both sligthly fly on the ground. (I know Janna does too but since she is related to wind and things)

Plus, in Sona's lore we learn that her instrument is called an "etwahl"->Etoile in phonetic who means star in french. We have no idea on Sona's origin since there is nothing in her lore.

Maybe i'm just overinterpreting some coincidences, but could Sona be like an early state of "Bardisation" ?

Bard and Sona are probably not related but it would be fun if it was true.

What if...

Bard's horn and Sona's etwahl are part of the 5 mystical instruments that created the universe? Alongside the drums of war, guitar of fate and trumpets of victory and the gathering of all 5 instruments was necessary to prevent the end of the world.

I would take sona out of any connection since it woudn't be her but the etwahl that is related to Bard. The chance is also quite slim seeing as Bard has been absent from Runeterra the last few 100 years.

The etwahl has always been mysterious with its ability to turn sound into a weapon and how it seems to have a mind of its own (Sona's judgement).

It probably doesn't though since Sona and her instrument were thought up long before Bard was even conceptualized.

Bard though probably has no connection, besides maybe being the inspiration for the etwahl's creation.

Nah I see where you're connecting but it's far fetched in my opinion. Bard is straight up otherworldly and interdimensional where as Sona herself is just a mute girl. I think it's her Etawahl that contains all the power, but who knows because it was never told to us. I'm not sure if anyone but Sona can use her Etawahl.
