About lol lore

I am a person who love lore , yet i feel like is not much continuous lore happening throughout the whole season/game. I was excited when heard that riot hire warhammer writer thinking of they will backup the story a lot more, but instead we have lore event block by block which evaporate after it ends. Some might say it leave areas for community creativity, but i like it more if the information/hints comes from riot, as it is their game they should be the storyteller.

The lore now is too isolated for individual, all easter eggs is like a spur of the moment. I want to follow a trail that can lead to a big universe, but now it just stop if i pick up the bread crumbs.

I know a company should focus on profit, but cinematic are only being used to sell the event or even skins, it makes me feel pity as they can have a lot more to expand/develop.
