Infernal Shen's Awful Chromas

I was really excited for Infernal Shen. I liked the concept, the splash and the idea of a chaotic-lined skin for Shen. Now, Riot didn't give him a voice filter, and though it irks me because it clashes with his calm VA, it's fine. The sword for his Q is extremely small, and though it also irks me, I can ignore it okay. What's not fine is how utterly unfinished the chromas are. The sword on Shen's back is the base skin's color for seemingly lazy reasons.

The floating spirit sword turns the right color once Q is activated.

This happens to every single chroma for Infernal Shen. It's honestly so confusing why Riot decided to leave it this, especially when this problem doesn't happen to the other skins in this line. What's worse is the fact that his sword IS the right color (and size, imo cough) exclusively in the back animation.

After getting so pumped for this skin, I'm left extremely disappointed with what I got - an unfinished chroma line and a skin with wasted potential. It honestly doesn't feel like the devs listened to any of the PBE community feedback when there was still a chance to fix it before launch.

I would send a support asking for a refund on the chromas, because they fell very short on what was expected of them by the community.

Same issue for elderwood nocturne, the smoke coming out of his head is purple in game for every chroma while it matches the overall color scheme in the store picture.

Yah I'm pretty disappointed in the chromas as well. I was really excited for this skin as it might be as good as pulsfire. The thing that bothers me the most is the pitifully small sword during q. As OP said, his stagnant sword is larger and his back animation sword is larger, but his physical blade is terribly small. It seems to be shorter than base Shen q sword and does not represent his auto length. This was pretty disappointing to me. I'll continue to play the skin since his taunt and ult have never had a significantly different animation until now, but this skin is definitely unfinished with respect to overall quality.

But then again, wasn't expecting a Infernal Shen to be better than Pulsefire Shen.

I just started game and from little experience I can tell that new skins look like trash I think, as I compare them by time all new skins look like mobile legends ? also Kayle new voice I checked is literally copied from announcer in mobile legends :D. By far I like to play aram and rift but when it comes to concept released Its legit garbage . Yes, this is truly cheap quality here on screenshots. Anyway I think I will go back to Vanilla !

Riot has been making shittier skins with each passing year, and honestly PBE only exists so they can see if their money-grubbing schemes cough eternals cough work as intended, to make the 8 year old yasuo mains buy the shit out of those sets
