What Gave You the Idea in Giving Fiddle a Color Text?

I'm not saying that he doesn't deserve it, I'm just wondering why Fiddlesticks in general?

Does he play an important role within the lore later on? Is Fiddlesticks in the same position as Evelynn, as in he won't have a real authentic lore and color text until he's fully reworked, or is it one of those instances that you realize "Hey, Fiddlesticks still exists... um... give him a color text"?
