Where are my Fancy lines?

So I was looking through the shen update and I noticed that I had the fancy lines on my frozen shen skin well I thought it was cool that riot recognized i had this legacy skin before the shen update and gave me fancy lines... but I bought yellow jacket shen the same day as frozen and he doesnt have the fancy lines whats up with that? i deserve 2 sets of fancy lines
