What Lulu did to the children of Bandel City

So here the other day when I was preparing to DM I went into the spell book to find some spells for a mage and I thought it would be fun to give him polymorph, so as any person would do I read what the spell did.

"You change the subject into a Small or smaller animal of no more than 1 HD (such as a dog, lizard, monkey, or toad). If the subject remains in the new form for 24 consecutive hours, it must attempt a Will save. If this save fails, it loses its ability to understand language, as well as all other memories of its previous form, and its Hit Dice and hit points change to match an average creature of its new form.

So let us say that lulu tuned in some kids from Bandel city into a fish, so that child could hide better in the water or a bird to hide in the tree. As I guess it would be hard to find some of this things, and the child not wanted to be found right away would probably find a good hiding space. Maybe even fall asleep where it is. Making it hard for Lulu or any other person to find the child. Witch would result into the child losing all there memories, and therefore become a fish or a bird. Making this quite dark. Let’s say that only a little amount of the children relished that they were in quite the trouble trying to find their mom or dad, trying to find a way to tell them that they are them and not a rat who wants to spread there desires into the family’s home.

So when lulu says "That squirrel looks familiar." She could be saying that not all the children was found in there game of Hide and seek, and therefore tuned into a squirrel permanently

I am happy that people like this so far. I feared that I would get a bunch of shippers telling me how wrong I am ^^’ But as many people have wonder of how Veigar and Lulu friendship would work, I just think that the trickster amuses him, with her cruel and dark pranks/games.
